The Spielhofer family has been devoted to trout farming since 1982. Due to their species-appropriate breeding and keeping of the fish, careful processing and appreciation of their work, the Römerswil trout farm can guarantee excellent quality. They nurture fish eggs with great care in their two beautifully laid out fishing ponds. The daily fish catches are processed at their own butcher’s shop and smokehouse in Römerswil in accordance with legal requirements relating to animal welfare and food production.
